Production & Delivery: Once approved, we'll begin production. We ensure each item meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship. We'll coordinate delivery to ensure your items arrive on time for your event.

We offer attractive discounts on bulk orders to help you make the most of your budget while creating memorable events and gifts. Here's how our bulk discount structure works:

Below is our most poplar product so we provided pricing details for you:

Wholesale (Regular 32oz +/-) Wooden Tankards

MSRP as of 2026 (retail): $55 each 

Wholesale pricing (10-piece minimum):
  • 10–19: $46.75 each (15% off MSRP)
  • 20–39: $44.00 each (20% off MSRP)
  • 40+: $41.25 each (25% off MSRP)
Options
  1. Stock designs (no custom work): wholesale pricing above.
  1. Your logo/design only: $35 one-time logo setup + $2 per tankard, plus wholesale pricing above.

  1. Your logo + custom design
    (1 design included)
  • Two-sided: $55 setup + $2 per tankard, plus wholesale pricing above. 
    Two-sided means we engrave both sides. This can be the same design/logo on each side, or design/logo on one side + a custom design on the other.

  • Full wrap (handle-to-handle): $95 setup + $3 per tankard, plus wholesale pricing above.
    Full wrap is a continuous design from one side of the handle to the other, and it can include your logo on one or both sides if you’d like.

Setup includes creation of one custom design layout for the full batch. Additional distinct designs are $25 each.

Timing

Please allow a couple months in advance notice if ordering more than 20 tankards. Each tankard is handmade and it takes a lot of time to cut, sand, engrave, seal, and finish, also a 1 week cure time.

Handmade note
Since these tankards are handmade from real wood, each one will have its own natural grain pattern and may show slight variations from piece to piece. We consider that part of the charm of a handcrafted product. That said, every tankard is made to the same standards, and we inspect each one to make sure it’s clean, sturdy, and ready to sell with confidence.

 

How to Qualify for Bulk Discounts:

Pricing Information:

  • Design Fees: Each unique design has its own design fee 
  • Bulk Discounts: Based on your total quantity of the same type of item 
  • Design fees and bulk / wholesale discounts are calculated separately.

For Example: If you order 50 votive candles with 5 different designs:

  • You'll get the bulk discount for ordering 50 votives
  • You'll pay for 5 design fees (one for each unique design)

Please note: Main materials (wood, acrylic, etc.) are calculated separately from design fees.

Important Notice for Bulk / Wholesale Orders:

Lead Time: Depending on product, please provide at least a 2-week notice for bulk / wholesale orders. This allows us to prepare adequately, ensuring we have enough materials to craft your items with care and precision.
For Wooden Tankards: The lead time is significantly longer depending on order size. 

Shipping Time: The 2-week notice does not cover shipping time, so please plan accordingly to ensure your items arrive in time for your event.


Custom Item Engraving

If you find an item you'd like to have engraved, we can order it for you. The cost of the item will be included in your invoice, making the process seamless and convenient.


Expedited Services for Bulk / Wholesale Orders

At KrafftWorks Laser Designs, we understand that sometimes you need your personalized items in a hurry. That's why we offer expedited services for bulk orders to ensure you receive your items on time, even with tight deadlines.

Expedited Service Details:

Lead Time: For expedited services, please place your order at least 14 days prior to when you need it. This allows us to prioritize your order and ensure timely completion.

Overnight Shipping: While we offer overnight shipping as part of our expedited service, please note that the shipping charge for your order is not included in the expedited service fee.

Flat Rate Fee: There is a flat rate of $50 - $500 (depending on order size) for expedited services. This fee covers the expedited service of prioritizing your order, acquiring necessary materials quickly, and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards. Your order will receive focused attention to meet your timeline.

How to Request Expedited Services:

When placing your bulk order, simply let us know that you require expedited services. We'll handle the rest to ensure your items are crafted and delivered with speed and care.
