Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized and/or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged upon receipt, inaccurate, or flawed. In such cases, you can return the items for a prompt exchange or refund after receiving a return authorization.
Items that are considered "inaccurate"/"flawed" is based upon our mistakes and not what the customer provided. We do not accept returns or will refund if the customer provided inaccurate information regarding the customization.
Products sold as clearance are non-refundable unless damaged upon receipt for which we will provide a refund or replacement.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the order number and/or receipt or Proof of Purchase.
Return Label Provision
For your convenience, we provide a pre-paid shipping label for eligible returns. Should you need to initiate a return, please contact us to request a return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@krafftworksld.com and send your item to the address provided.
Shipping
Once you've contacted us, we will then email you a return shipping label for the item you wish to return.
